Location: 649 Plenty Rd, Preston (Naarm)
Venue: Extrasensory — Resonant Culture
By purchasing a ticket, making a booking, or entering Extrasensory, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following Code of Conduct and Liability Waiver.
Our Ethos
Extrasensory is a space for practice, theory, and performance — for bodies, music, and voice. We operate on Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung land, which always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
We honour embodied knowledge, creative experimentation, and collective care.
We aim to cultivate liberation, consent, diversity, and connection in every form of expression.
Code of Conduct
Respect & Consent
All physical, verbal, and creative interactions must be consensual.
Communicate and respect boundaries at all times.
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstance.
Inclusion & Cultural Respect
Extrasensory is queer-affirming and celebrates diversity across identities, bodies, and experiences.
We honor and celebrate ways of knowing beyond colonial and patriarchal frameworks.
Participants are expected to act with cultural sensitivity and awareness to the best of their ability.
Safe Participation
Follow the guidance of facilitators and staff.
Notify instructors before participation if you have any medical conditions, injuries, access needs, or limitations that may affect your safety.
If at any point you feel unwell, uncomfortable, or uncertain, step aside and communicate with a facilitator.
Substances & Behaviour
Extrasensory is a respectful, substance-free space unless explicitly stated for a specific event.
Any behavior that compromises the safety or integrity of the space may result in removal without refund.
Media & Privacy
Some events may involve photography or video for documentation.
You may request not to be captured by communicating this to staff or photographers prior to participation.
Do not photograph or record others without consent.
Care for the Space
Handle all objects, installations, and communal areas with care.
Clean up your space and follow given safety or hygiene guidelines.
Acknowledgment of Risk
Participation in Extrasensory’s offerings — including but not limited to dance, movement, sound, somatics, meditation, ritual, martial arts, bodywork, and other creative or physical practices — involves inherent risks.
These may include physical strain, slips, falls, injuries, or emotional vulnerability.
By entering or participating, you understand and voluntarily assume all associated risks.
